It’s hard to talk about this, but I’ve been sick for days now.
The conditions here — the overcrowding, dirty water, lack of hygiene — are making a lot of people sick. I’ve been having strong fever, weakness, and pain that just won’t go away.

I’m doing my best to stay strong, especially for my family. But it’s hard to fight illness when you don’t even have enough food, clean water, or access to basic medicine.
